Saints Paul and Anthony Cycle
Saints Paul and Anthony are Fed by a Dove, Folio 192v
Although the text specifies a raven, it is the dove of the Holy Ghost who brings bread in the form of a Host to the two hermits. Anthony lifts his head to gaze at the miraculous arrival, while Paul calmly reads his book.
