		<description>Very interesting post.Without modern appliances man had to embrace the world in it's natural form. We 'cool' our plants, grill them, dry them. Unless one grows their own vegetables, fruit or herbs their true physical nature is not revealed. Thanks for your research, I always learn so much.</description>
